1. What if the repair costs more than the insurance estimate? Who pays the difference?
  2. You will never be asked to pay more than your deductible amount unless you ask for work to be performed that is not part of the accident. Any additional cost associated with the accident damage will be paid by the insurance company directly to the shop. It is a process where the shop submits a supplement to the insurance company. This is often done without much interruption in the repair process and insures a quality, seamless repair.

  4. Your insurance company will issue you a claim number when you report your accident. Provide us with your claim number and we can take care of everything from that point on.

  6. Generally, no. Unless your policy states otherwise, no one can tell you to obtain more than one estimate. You, as the car owner, may do so, should this be your desire.

  11. I don’t believe I was at fault in the accident. Should I use my own collision policy or try to collect from the other party?
