1. Eligibility
This promotion is valid only for qualifying insurance-paid collision repairs completed at Anderson Auto Body & Paint. Cash-pay, self-pay, or non-insurance repairs are not eligible.
2. Promotion Details
Eligible customers may receive up to $250 in deductible assistance as a shop-funded promotional credit when completing qualifying insurance-paid repairs during the promotion period.
• Maximum promotional value: $250 per vehicle
• One promotion per repair / per vehicle
• No cash value
3. Deductible Responsibility
The customer remains fully responsible for their insurance deductible as required by their insurance policy. The deductible assistance is not paid by the insurance company, not a reduction of the insurance estimate, and not a waiver of the deductible. The assistance is provided solely as a promotional credit funded by the repair facility.
4. Insurance Claim Integrity
This promotion does not alter, reduce, or affect the insurance company’s approved estimate or payment. It is not contingent on insurer approval and is applied outside of the insurance claim. All insurance billing will be submitted accurately and in full in accordance with insurer requirements.
5. Application of Promotional Credit
The deductible assistance may be applied, at the shop’s discretion, as a promotional credit on the final invoice, as a post-repair reimbursement, or as bundled shop-funded services or value equivalent. The method of application does not affect insurance billing.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
• Not valid with other deductible assistance promotions unless explicitly stated
• Not transferable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice
